Valve has acknowledged that there are flaws in the player behavior rating system in Dota 2, but all these problems have already been fixed. The developers have restored the ratings of players whose ratings were canceled due to technical glitches.
“We fixed an issue where some posts were negatively affecting player behavior ratings even when there was insufficient evidence. We have fixed the underlying issue and retroactively restored your behavior rating.”
